Hi! My name is Anath. Welcome to my page.
I'm 50 years old, married for more than 20 years and I'm the mother of three beautiful kids.
I lived in 3 countries - Venezuela, Israel and am currently living in the US. I've always felt connected to nature and to that spiritual thing that connects us all humans.
I have always enjoyed meeting new people, learn about their world views, how they lead their life and what are their dreams.
Since I was very young I was very sensitive to the suffering of others and always felt a deep call to help as much as I can.
Through many years of college, additional studies, and many more years of experience as a therapist with a diverse population I have developed a genuine and unique way of relating to others, helping them re-connect to their deepest values and guiding them to find their hidden strength to overcome the challenges they face in life.
I have been trained in several modalities of therapy and whenever it's possible I prefer to use an active, direct, solutions-focused approach.
I feel it's my honor to be a part of my client's journey and I believe that through therapy I can help my clients have more choices and more freedom to DO and to BE who they want to be.
